Guest guest
I have several goals for 2006. First I want to find out what's wrong with me (health wise) and get it fixed! I'm tired of being short of breath. I want to head to physical therapy and fix my posture. I've put that off since I've been sick. I want to head to the pain management doctor about my neck/chest pain that is a mystery to all doctors. I want to finish my extensive dental work. Ugh! I want to lose to 191 which is 5 lbs. under my goal, turn in a new goal slip of 191, and go 7 under that to 184. I want to lose to 194 and start my Century Club year in waiting again and never gain over 194 (my 100 lb. mark) I want to cut down to one Diet Dr. Pepper a day. I want to find another job that I enjoy that actually KEEPS ME BUSY. This one is boring! But it's a job! I want to pay off all my credit card bills and KEEP them paid off. That's my problem. That's about it! KOPS LOVE, Have a safe, happy, and healthy new year! Your KOPS Pal Always, , Jr. TOPS #TX 1432, Spring 117.75 lbs. gone/95.75 in TOPS from highest weight on renewal Reinstated 1 year KOPS/Current goal met August 4, 2005.
