Don't take a nurse's call--it must be him. Also, is he the only fish in the water there? I have a friend who worked in some office at LL Hosp. some years ago. She says call and call and call and you will eventually get someone different. Vicki's suggestions I believe are all good ones to try. There must be some adminstrative type office you can complain to. that was one of the things that finally got me some help i needed was to complain to membership services. I had to do that to get my walker and my wheelchair. I am going to contact them to see if a scooter is covered by my medical insurance. My rheumy has me go to my Internal medicine doctor for my primary care, and I also see a neurologist. Still, I think he has to be the one to call the shots because PM is my main problem.
