Guest guest
I'm working on my 10% too... I have to loose 25 pounds, and I've already lost 10.2. I have to loose 12 more pounds, my mom and I are doing weight watchers. It's really great, quite often I wonder if they'll even let me have the surgery because I'm doing so well on the Weight watchers. It's only been 3wks and I've already lost 10 lb. -Dawnyel 298/245/
Guest guest
Here is my update. Things are moving fast. I got my approval on Nov 1 2006. Last week I saw the surgeon he gave me a list of tests that needed to be done. Today I completed the last tests. Upper GI and Lung function. I see the surgeon this Thursday to review results from the tests and get my surgery date. I am thinking the week after Thanksgiving or 1st week in Dec. I will let you know once I have my date. I have kept things going. Thank goodness I had my yearly gyno visit early Oct and Mammogram both are needed for him to do surgery. My advice for people trying to get approval is find out everything the Surgeon requires before surgery. No one told me from the office about having to have a mammogram or recent pap. I found out from a friend that had surgery this summer. So ask questions find out the game plan early. After almost two years of waiting the wait is almost over...Woohoo....Suzy
