great appointment

hi, today i had to see my surgeon for completes before surgury on

nov 13 th. got 1 more appt with pulmonary tommorrow, i,m hoping it

s a easy task. back in middle of sept. i was at weight clinic for

appt. on oct 27 th i was there for nutrional meeting and i ask to

get weighed. in sept i was 356, oct. 27 th i was 346.. today i was

338. 7 lbs in 3 days dont seem right, but that was there scale. i

have been doing my low fat high protein low sugar n giving it a true

try to do it. i know i lost cause in my jeans i feel it in waist n

hips. how can it be i lost that much from oct 27 th to nov 1,,

without surgury . i know the 1 st ten was fluids. if i could only

continue this, without surgury, but i have done this before. and

gain even more. i ll take the weight loss, of course.. if i did

this loss this fast on my own i cant imagine what after surgury

will be like. my nurse was very proud of mine loss. my blood

pressure 1 month ago had risen to 195/95 the highest ever. today it

was back to normal 120/72.. i was put on bp meds n i know that

removes alot of fluids in me. i feel great, energy etc.. i think it

s starting to click all the things they have been talking to me

about, low fat, fat free foods,,, high protein,,, low sugars.. n

waterrrrrrrrrrrrrr......... and all of a sudden the things i read

from all of you are coming alive in a sense.. there is alot of good

info from you guys on here. thxs and it does help to be reading and

asking and venting. to those who just signed on here. these ladies

and gentlemen have been there done that.. and still going.. so this

sight will and does help.. i think the craziest thing i ever read

on here was a short time ago was all the posting about toilet plug

ups.. lol.. no one is bashful on here.. it s fun,,, good luck n take
