Achy Joints & Muscles

Does or has anyone experienced achy joints and muscles post op? I am

5 weeks out and I returned to work this past Monday. (only to do desk

work). I find that I am so stiff and achy to move. I even have

discomfort buckling and unbuckling the seat belt. Perhaps the change

in diet, along with the elimination of certain things is causing

this. I will also talk to my Dr. about it at my next appointment.

Thanks for any feedback from the group.

When I lift weights it seems that my joints creak a bit, but that's

probably because I'm in my late thirties now and my point of reference

for my lifting weights is my late teens and early twenties.

It sounds like you might have some vitamin or mineral or both

deficiency or maybe you just need extra of something like that in your

individual case. Your doctor could determine that through, I'd think,

blood tests. I'll bet it's something simple like that. Good moving

going to the doctor on this.

Audry,

I haven't heard this yet, but I will be interested to

hear what your Dr tells you.

Good luck to you,

Debi
