As some of you may recall, I was getting sick frequently and unable to

find the source. I have eliminated it down to soda. I find that

after I have either Pepsi or Coke, I feel really awful and frequently

have diarrhea. Anyone else have trouble with sodas?

The other question I have is that I am trying hard to exercise as part

of controlling my health, but I find that I have horrible pain in my

muscles that lasts for days after. I take a B complex vitamin, but

this doesn't seem to be helping. It feels like the muscles are

bruised. Any ideas?
