Guest guest
Kim... this is not criticism but rather my input. Please don't take it wrong Over all the menu looks good but be careful with a few things... 1 - the bacon bits on salad bars are notorious for not being "real bacon" and being very high in sodium. They might prove no problem whatsoever for you but just in case keep it in mind. I'm guilty of having them on the salad bar too once in a while... shhhh... that'll be our lil secret too, ok? 2 - the sugar free popsicle has carbs (how many depends on the brand). I have a whole box of them in my freezer (taking up space for OVER 15 months now) that I won't eat because of the ingredients... but for some reason I won't throw them out since they're perfectly good food and one day I'll eat them! LoL 3 - the diet Mountain Dew (if it's anything like regular mtn dew) is loaded with caffeine... problematic if caffeine inhibits your weight loss, it's a YMMV thang ;-) Just (low-carb) food for thought. I could be completely off on everything I've said as it's all YMMV on these things I mention. -Marlena 214.5/160.6/150 >From: "Kim" >This is my menu for the past few days. > >Tues. > >BF: >Sausage Muffins >diet mtn. dew >32oz water > >Snack >1 sausage muffins >32oz water > >Lunch >Huge salad (Ruby Tuesday's Salad Bar) at least 3 cups >with cheese and bacon bits.. ranch dressing > >Snack: >Sugar free popsicle >32oz water > >Dinner: >Just steak >8oz glass of unsweet tea >64oz water > >Wednesday so far... >Bf: >diet mtn dew >1oz of cashews >(didn't have much time > >Snack: >8oz of coffee with small amount of half and half and 2 packets of >sweet n low > >Lunch: >insides of a fourth of a roast beef sandwich and insides of a subway >sandwich which had ham, turkey, roast beef and cheese. Guest guest
Marlena, Yes you are right. Many people are different. YMMV kind of thing. I have lost 70lbs since January eating everything I do now. I also drink Decaffeinated drinks (sorry didn't mention that on my earlier post). Everyone is different. I also bought two difference type of Sugar Free popsicle from Walmart. I eat the Popsicle brand which only has 3 carbs versus another brand who has 11 and I haven't touched those since I bought them. I can be very picky about these things at times but I haven't had any problems with the bacon. Its strange how people's bodies react differently.
