painfull headache question

Hi all...

any of you guys ever get a head pain in one spot, kinda the size of a

quarter and it just hurts BAD....sometimes burns a bit or

throbs... i have had this for 2 days now and it comes and goes until

the last few hours and it hurts. I dont wanna go to the ER for it

because i had a Cat scan of the brain a little more than 2 months ago

and it was normal and an MRI in jan that was normal....for me....
