wi after baby

well, it's been awhile since i've posted, because it's been awhile since

i've wi. sunday i decided to switch to core for the umteenth time, but this

time it was going to be religious core. the first 36 hours i thought i was

going to die, but soon after that i wasn't craving the carb cravings that i

usually have, muffins, cookies, chocolate, bar type snacks. i was eating tons

of

fruits and veggies and whole grains and feeling like i was eating better than

i had in months. i'm not sure how long i'll follow core, but i'm thinking

i'll do it atleast for a month...the last time i did core i only last about 3

months. i really think you have to shake it up every now and again to not

get bored, atleast i do. it was a good wi though, b/c my ww goal is 145, so

i've made that, but my personal goal is 135...so i'm slowly closing in on it. :

)

last wi: 147 lbs

this wi: 144.6 lbs

lost: 2.4 lbs
