Guest guest
Hi all! I'm bringing a little treat for some of my WW buddies when I weigh in on Tuesday, and I thought y'all might appreciate it, too. I don't know if any of you have ever seen a " survival kit, " they're usually given to new moms or teachers. I've designed a Weight Watchers Survival Kit. They're really easy to make. You just gather up some items, stick them in a zipper lock plastic sandwich bag, and print up a label for it. This is what's on the label of mine, and it lists what's in the " kit. " Weight Watchers Survival Kit When in doubt, or when problems arise, reach for your survival kit. It contains: Pencil - to " write " your wrongs Penny - so you have enough " cents " to realize what a good job you are doing Rubber Band - to help you " spring " back when you fall Band Aid - to mend hurt feelings Emery Board - to smooth out the days when things get a little rough Peppermint Patty - to remind you that you are worth a " mint " Button - for all the times you have to " button " your lip Measuring Tape - so you'll always " measure up " Candle - to light your way when things are darkest Match - to light a fire under you when you feel burned out Battery - so you can keep going and going and going Crayon - so you can change the color of your day if you are feeling " blue " Safety Pin - to help you hold your clothes up when they get too big Eraser - so you can wipe the slate clean of your mistakes and start again Bubble gum - to help you " stick " with it Paper Clip - to help keep things together when they seem out of control Bravo Sticker - because you deserve it I know, it's kind of goofy, but I think it'll bring a smile to their faces when I give it to them!
