Guest guest
Maybe this is something you all do, but it is my latest " treat " . Mix one pkg. instant pudding (reg. or sugar free) with 1 1/2 cups skim milk (this is less than the box calls for). Make SMALL dollops (approx. 30) on wax paper covered cookie sheet. Freeze. Remove dollops and store in ziploc bags with some of the wax paper between them. Keep frozen and pop in a frozen dollop when you need a sweet treat- like a creamy frozen candy. My favs. are chocolate, coconut, banana.. or use vanilla pudding and add any flavoring, rum, etc. Note... it is boring but DO make them small. A large frozen dollop in your mouth is not good. Almost negligible points for the sugar free...I do not like sugar free pudding so they are more points but I think you can have several for one point. Easy to figure accdn'g to pudding & milk info on box/carton. Debbie
