I tried Post Shredded Wheat for my snack and it went up to 295, so that is off my list for now. I had been having another whole wheat cereal as a snack that I had better results with.Back to the drawing board. At least I had 2 times yesterday I didn't need to use insulin. It features all seniors, including the instructor. Everyone is seated. It is at a slower pace than Ann's, and only 20 min.
