2 good readings today

Just an update. I had 2 good readings today 115 before lunch and 125

before dinner. I tried Post Shredded Wheat for my snack and it went up

to 295, so that is off my list for now. I had been having another whole

wheat cereal as a snack that I had better results with.Back to the

drawing board. At least I had 2 times yesterday I didn't need to use

insulin.

I also have started to do sit and be fit tapes in the morning.20

minutes of gentle in chair excercise.

but the one I am using now is at a program I attend, I can let you know next

week. It features all seniors, including the instructor. Everyone is seated.

It is at a slower pace than Ann's, and only 20 min.

This looked interesting, there isn't a tape , but mabe we could convince

this guy???
