Guest guest
well, we made it through the first day of school for Keegan and Liam. Tim doesn't start until next monday 11th--he is visiting g and g Halloran for the week--as g-ma put it until he gets too bored or she's had enough!!! Liam only has 1/2 days this week-he is in kindergarten---my baby is in kindergarten!!!! he said he had fun --and they even got to have gym in the new gym. they moved into their new school last Jan. but the gym wasn't finished yet until now. he has 3 friends from pre-k with him and a few others he knows so, he thinks that is ok. Keegan started 3rd grade and had homework tonight--easy review stuff in writing and reading 20 minutes. he was to have soccer practice but, it's raining again---so no practice. pat is working 7 /12 hour days in hoboken--so the boys will be lucky if they see him tonight. bedtime is 8--which really ticks them off--but they are getting up at 6:30 since liam has to be at school at 7:45. so...... well need to stir dinner just figured I'd let you know how their first day went. Guest guest
Congratulations on a successful first day, ! I remember it as such a special day each and every year, a combination of " yay, I survived and the cavalry's finally arrived!!, and " wait, it's too soon, give me back my baby! " lol. Love, in Ma. (, 21 yrs) who also had first day back yesterday.
Guest guest
Danzi is great. has Gates. His aide will be the same as last year, . Yes, he absolutely loved camp. He will be going the same weeks as Tim next year. It is such an amazing camp with amazing people. One of his councelors, , switched his major to teacher of deaf/blind. How did you like Julayne, the interpreter? Was she helpful for Tim? She was great for . I have no doubt that Tim could totally be a councilor someday! Hey, did you meet the guy who does the laundry? He had everyone's clothes completely organized! It's my hope for someday to work there! They seem to get bigger everyday and I hate to think of them moving out into the world on their own because that means I am old....LOL! I hope the school year goes well for all. Guest guest
hi, yes Tim liked the interpretor--but was much to busy with his friend to pay much attention to her. I saw the laundry guy when he was introduced--Tim had all his stuff nothing missing---and was clean and organized. hopefully Tim and can be counselors together. are you planning on going to the conference next year? will it interfere w/ camp? first day well, we made it through the first day of school for Keegan and Liam.
