Guest guest Posted June 15, 2006 Report Share Posted June 15, 2006 I read somewhere were we need to keep carbs to a maximum of 220 grams. Is there such a thing as too little carbs? I was just noticing that my days intake of carbs at this point is only 127. That is not so little as to shut my body into starvation mode is it?
