But my heartburn seems worse even though I take a prescription strength Pepcid twice a day. I may need to go on some Prevacid for a couple months. Hope all is well in Nebraska. Take care. Cheramino alone is not a good enough protein to fly solo, though. See if you can get her going on the Nectars. Then she'd get some whey. Now, honey, don't lie to the people, Cheramino is NastEEEEEE. Dear a, My best friend had her WLS two months before I did and is also having trouble getting her protein in. Not great but better than drinking a large shake, 3-4 times a day. She said she has a glass of very cold water that she chases the TBSs with. It helps. Give it a try or buy a sample from Mom. I am also on Aciphex - a proton pump inhibitor - to help with some discomfort - good luck - thinkin of ya. She's drinking 4 TBS, three times a day for 90 grams of protein. She said, " You posted what?? is going to be upset with me. " See. I've trained her well. ::Grin:: She's also drinking at least one or two Carb Solutions (in the bottle) for another 40 grams of protein.
