Where can I find a low carb recipe for ice cream? Do you know? does anyone know? I live on ice cream in the summer - forget food!!!!!! I'm not one for adjusting recipes but would it work if you used a " regular " ice cream recipe and used a sugar substitute instead of sugar? I will be looking into an Ice Cream maker the brand you mentioned because I hate cleaning and usually am too tired as well as trying your recipe tweaking it to my low calories and carbs.
