Hey Sharon,

I can't remember if we talked about this before but sulfa drugs can

cause itching which would mean allergies to it. I'll look and see if

I can find that article about allergies, but a lot of times I don't

save links or I would run out of space LOL. I know I read about it on

another group. It's kind of a new thing. I'm allergic to penicillin

and sulfa. Apparently if you have problems with one it is common to

react to both. Did you report the hives to the dr relating to sulfa?

No I had the hives before the sulfa drugs and he has changed blood pressure

meds thinking that was it but no that wasnt it .
