Howdy All!

Just a quick note to ask your assistance with a survey that has been

assembled by the EMS and Trauma Systems Regulatory Task Force. As you

may or may not be aware, the Task force received charges from GETAC

which revolve around issues that may exist with the current regulatory

structure for EMS/Trauma Systems in Texas as well as to examine options

for a new structure.

To assist in that process this survey was developed which will allow

you a voice in the process as well as allowing Task Force members a

better understanding of concerns we have not yet considered. The survey

should be completed only once and may be completed by anyone involved in

the EMS or Trauma System of Texas. It also provides each respondent open

ended questions with unlimited room for response.

We encourage distribution of the link and cross post to other lists,

but would ask that you please indicate that this is for Texas use only.

The survey may be found at the link below and should take less than 5

minutes to complete. It is the Task Force desire jointly use results

form this survey when answering GETAC charges but to also print an

article in the EMS Magazine with the final results.

It is also our intent to have some computers set up at EMS Conference

to facilitate individual participation.

Please contact any Task Force Member if you have questions or

additional feedback on this.
