It's the idiots who drive on motorways that bother me. I'm fed up with

having to drive in the outside lane at 60mph because if I moved in I'd be

driving faster and undertaking as there's nobody in those lanes.

Oh you need one of those devices that I invented, so that you can politely

tell people like me to move over!

Mind you, I tend to drive somewhat faster than that...

Its the slip roads I can't do. I'm fine once I'm on there - have'nt tried

M25 however. Gives me the heebies as a passenger and I'm sure you're not

supposed to drive with your eyes shut although some of the driving makes me

think that some people are! :)

You're obviously living in the wrong place! You need to be somewhere that

hasn't heard of motorways - like Norfolk!

I very rarely drive on motorways only because we don't have any here! First

time I did a motorway I was driving to Basingstoke on my own in a hired car

for work! Figured if I could do that in one piece without getting lost I'm

ok!

Would like to practice a bit more, but not when I have to drive for an hour

just to find one......

Driving in Holland was the worst I have ever done as most of their

motorways are only two lanes but the traffic is literally nose to

tail. I learned how to pull out into the smallest gaps imaginable.

The good thing was that most of the time people travelled in the

correct lane.

Cerys, don't sit in the outside lane, pull over. If you don't feel

safe overtaking on the inside in the middle lane, do it in the inside

lane. If the traffic is blocked in the outside lane, it's legal isn't

it?
