penchant for white food.

Ahhhh, btu Wanda...think of all the lutefisk, drowning in butter you can eat on this WOL!!!!! Lordy I miss Lutefisk !!! I even have it shipped to me at Christmas in dry ice!!

I could eat it 3 times a day!

That's me. Just fatter. You should see me in the fall when the leaves change

color!

Golden Girls is one of my all time favorite shows. I always watch it when I

go to bed at night.

This is a big concern for me. I take good supplements, especially calcium. I

have to be careful with breastfeeding that I get enough.

Unfortunately I think carrying the extra weight may not be working all the

different muscle groups we need. The abs are a good example. Good abs help

support your back, posture, etc. Also the range of motion is limited with all

that extra weight. I know from having sons that train for football. When my son

drops even a little weight (like 5lbs), his sees immediate improvement in his

speed, squats, pull-up reps, etc.

I'm not an expert but I think weight and muscle fitness are cyclical. You drop

some weight - you can do more, you add muscle, then you can burn off more

weight.
