Just a gentle reminder from your friendly group owner here *grin* and that's to remember this...

That is posted at the bottom of every single email.. and I had NO idea how important that is until I just recently went 'no mail' myself (which is rare) *smile* and in trying to scan quickly thru the recent posts at the Home page in the archives and to see the same thing over and over is very frustrating and time consuming, (let alone those who get the Digest format) and if one is following the thread it's fairly easy to keep up.

You could perhaps just reiterate in a line or two as to what your reference is to, that would be fine. I've also received a few emails privately telling me of their frustration as well, so it's just a gentle reminder to keep that in mind. Not to be an ogre here, at all, and we're fairly lenient and believe me I've goofed as much as anyone but do try. Your cooperation in this is very much appreciated, especially with a group this large.

Oh, one other thing... (since I have your attention, LOL) is to remember to also change the subject line with keywords that would be apropos if the new post has nothing to do with the past post. (that too was really frustrating and made no sense at times) especially if someone wanted to look up something or do a search those keywords are important for references.
