Guest guest
Hello everyone, I just have a few questions that maybe you want to answer, if you dont want to, thats perfectly all right too, I just want to know what others have done and how you all handle these things. Ok, when I first had the diagnosis of vulvodynia, I felt like **** and I've been having feelings of guilt ever since. My husband says its ok, its no big deal and so on, but for me it has given tons of feelings of guilt. Can you tell me: how have you handled any guilt/anger/resentment and other of these feelings that you may have/have had? have you read any good book(s) on the subject of vulvar pain that has helped you? Best regards
Guest guest
Hi , I have had feelings of anger and jealousy of why I have this and others don't. I think most people have had those feelings so you are not alone. As for books, I read "The V Book" by Dr . I am currently reading "Headache in the Pelvis". I have starting seeing a physiotherapist and she has helped me a lot. I have a long way to go yet but I feel better now that I am getting help for it. Please know that you are not alone in this and others do understand what you are going through.
