Guest guest
I think unexpected pain should always be a concern. I would call the doctor, and tell him the pain is enough that you almost went to the ER. Ideally they would move your tests up, but if not perhaps he can give you something for the pain. > > > Have any of you had pain that was on the outerside of > your breast and ran around to your back, just below > the shoulder blade? Guest guest
I've never had this, but if I were you, I'd go get it checked out in E.R. just to be safe...especially if it's on the left side of your chest. pain concern > > Have any of you had pain that was on the outerside of > your breast and ran around to your back, just below > the shoulder blade? I still have one week left till I go for the mammo and US. I almost felt like going to the ER last night because it hurt. Guest guest
, I agree, you should have this checked out. Doesn't sound like any pain that I've experienced anyway, especially if it's keeping you awake at night. Good luck and let us know how you make out. Guest guest
I had reconstructive surgery, yesterday, and after coming out of the anesthetic was having pain in my left shoulder up into my neck and down into the elbow. It also went around to my shoulder blade. The anestheologist did a cardiogram and blood draws. Everything came out Ok, but you should probably have it checked out. Guest guest
I have had pain under my breast that ran around to my back. It was caused from Shingles and was concentrated in the nerve that runs to the back. If you have ever had chicken pox you can get Shingles since it just stays in your body all your life. I had terrible pain for a couple weeks until I broke out with the rash. The dr. cannot diagnose Shingles until there is a rash. But they do have good anti virus medication to take right after you get the rash. HOWEVER, mine was never near the side of my breast and it didn't come close to the shoulder blade. You should have your doctor check it out right away and if you feel that pain again GO to the ER. Better to be safe than sorry. Take care, Janet A
