Guest guest
I ran again today, and I did what you suggested Tory, and I added .1 onto my mile. But then I got ambitious and went to 1.25, lol. I think I might have been able to do more, but I had to go to work and be on my feet all night, so I didn't wanna have dead legs. Yay for running! My attitude is way different now than it was when I was an athlete. When I was an athlete, i did it because I had to, and now I choose to do it. in OKC <>< 238/202.6/under
