I ran again today, and I did what you suggested Tory, and I added .1

onto my mile. But then I got ambitious and went to 1.25, lol. I

think I might have been able to do more, but I had to go to work and

be on my feet all night, so I didn't wanna have dead legs. Yay for

running! My attitude is way different now than it was when I was an

athlete. When I was an athlete, i did it because I had to, and now I

choose to do it.

That is AWESOME ! You ran 25% further than yesterday, which is a

HUGE improvement if you think about it.
