Big Tops Hugs, in Fritch birthday I want to thank you all for the good wishes for my birthday, had a really nice day and didn't over eat at all. walked around a lot and ate some chocolate raspberry FF frozen yogurt. So feel good about that today. and sorry for the gain, you will do better this week, Clara you did good girl, I have to get on the ball your going to beat me to 5 under. Tomorrow is my 49th b-day and well, there were many times I wondered if I would even see any more birthdays. You all know what I talking about I am sure. Just wanted to say I can't wait until I'm 50 so I can join AARP. . And I'll take as many more b-days as God will allow. I am proud to have wrinkles starting and gray hair coming in. hooray.
