Hi Nanci!

I am in a similar situation as you except BMI 39 and no Co-morbidities(health

issues). I was approved by my insurance right away anyway.

I know that two seminars said that you have to be 40BMI or higher or 35 or

higher with some health issues. All of your health issues would probably

qualify. Of course it all depends on your insurance company as to whether they

are going to cover it(some don't cover it at all regardless of your

qualifications). Based upon my research, you could definitely be a candidate!
