I hear you Mike... I was doing Protica, Prorated and Water... but I was

having major problems grinding my teeth, wanting to chew I guess... My teeth

hurt

and I woke up this morning with my right foot cramped so badly... I have an

appt Friday, so I did eat a couple eggs and cheese, but it's been protein

drinks for me, UNTIL tonight, I BLEW IT... I ate:(

Anyone notice any teeth problems since WLS? My teeth have always been so

white and pretty, well they are yellowing and yucky and hurt...

Thank you Debbie!!!!

The protein train is were you eat or drink protein. You cut most of

your carbs. This is an example of what you could/would eat in during

a day

Breakfast - eggs

Snack - cottage cheese

Lunch - protein shake

Snack - yogurt

Dinner - a piece of meat chicken or beef

Do straigt protein plus your water (I do Ice Tea)

does that help?

Hmm... I have not noticed just yet about the teeth.. I wonder what is causing

it...if you figure it out, please share... if I hear anything I will let you

know.

Mike... Yeah I thought it was shakes and water too thats why I didn't jump on at

the beginning of the week. I was going to jump on this morning... I mean I still

am...But this is going to be my diet on a regular basis, the only thing I add is

veggies and very little fruit. Good to know for the next train. Great Job

Mike!!!!!!!!!!!!! You really stuck to it though!!

AUGH!!! Me too, Mike!!! All I've been having are protein drinks and

water... and OMG, some cottage cheese or chicken would taste SO GOOD

hehe. Well, I'm definitely adding real food in today!! But I gotta

say that the protein train is working... I'm losing a pound a day!!

At this rate I'll be in the 210's so soon!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And as of yesterday, I've lost 60.5 pounds since March!!! That's

three 20# sacks of potatoes I don't have to lug around any more :o)

One good thing that comes from this, last night I tried to eat a little

turkey chili, I could only eat a few bites. Like a third of what I was

eating last week. I guess my pouch has shrunken down a little, that's great

news to me.
