Hi again, I have a couple questions.

1. My Doc's educator said to puree some meat protein and freeze it

in ice cube trays and then store it in the freezer bags until I am post

op. She said 1 ice cubed thawed will be a meal. I'm ok with this, but it

sounds. just not good! Has anyone else done this? If so do you have any

spicing up ideas? She said I could add spices and a very small amount of

gravy for flavor. Any ideas?

2. Who or what is Vitalady and why do I need her?

3. Do any of you take Juice Plus post op?
