heather welcome back! :) Get yourself out of the naughty chair you

are making wonderful strides getting all the high carbed things out

of the house is a huge step.

Hi ,

I am from Ohio. I live about 75 miles south of Cleveland. Sorry to hear

about your divorce. I have been a " lurker " on the list for about 18

months. I have lost 50 pounds, but want to lose a few more. I go off of

this WOE every so often, so I know the feeling!

Have a great night,

Becky Pace

There really have been some changes in your life. I was wondering what had

happened since you'd been so quiet lately. Glad to see you back on the

list.

Wow!!! That is amazing I think that you must hold the worlds record for lurking longest on the list. It's good to have you posting. A long overdue welcome to you Becky! 50 pounds is awesome! Keep up the great work and post whenever you feel like it ;o) Cheryl Ü I am from Ohio. I live about 75 miles south of Cleveland. Sorry to hearabout your divorce. Hi Cheryl,

Thank you for the warm welcome. I`m rather shy, I guess. It took me that

long to lose the 50 pounds too. Dr. Atkins says that people on HRT and

Pred meds may take a little longer, but I am finally getting there!!!!

Again, thank you for the welcome.

Thank you Terry, It takes me awhile to jump in!! LOL!!! I might as well

introduce myself while I`m at it. I`m 49, married for 30 years to a very

wonderful man, and I have 2 sons and 1 grandson. I also have 10 birds, 7

dogs, 2 gerbils, 3 lizards, 8 turtles, fish in the house and outside and

last but not least 8 cats. We just acquired the last 2 kittens in the

past 2 weeks. Yes, I know I`m crazy but, no matter where I go, stray

animals seem to find me!! Oh well, I guess someone has to do it and

since I`m not working outside the home any more, I`m elected!!! LOL!! I

hope everyone has a great LC day. Thank you again Terry.

Hi Ruthie,

I really enjoy all of my " babies " . My grandson tells everyone his

grandma has a zoo! The only problem is, I thought when my kids were

grown, that I could go to the bathroom by myself! Wrong, if I close the

door, they throw themselves against it and I finally got my little pound

Fox Terrior to stop jumping in the tub with me. You have a great day

too.

Ruthie, our " clan " isn't that large either-2

shih-tzu's, 2 mini schnauzers, one mutt and two betas.

They're so spoiled, but we sure love them!

Well, I thought I needed a change, but you have me WAY out done, my change

was applying for a job I didn't get. ;-( If you were coming west anyway,

couldn't you have come as far as Iowa? LOL
