I agree also...I was a little depressed/stressed this a.m. when I started

reading these posts but I've laughed so many times and felt so close to all

of you...I'm really glad to have discovered this site.

Hi Artzychick,

I'm in Salem, NH. Where are you?

I'm 14 months out, with a way to go, but am coming to accept that some

degree of plastics is in my future. I'm getting as toned as possible, which

is great for the muscle underneath the skin.

Top ten list is a swell idea, but I haven't had my coffee yet & am in no

shape to list or categorize anything!

Hi Rayna!

No, I haven't been to any of the meetings at LMH...I seem to have enough trouble getting to the NWH ones! But I hope to attend one in the future.

I'm very close to the Pelham border, off of route 38 (Porcupine Circle). Close by???

  • 2 years later...

my son was succesfully on the diet for three years i found the best way to

give the fat needed was in coacoa made with cream given regularly throughout

the day, boiled egg and soldiers for breakfast and readybrek made with cream

for supper the rest of his meals although small were tasty and i didnt

restrict his fluid intake his weight stayed steady over the whole period i

found the worse thing about the diet was the toilet accidents but that is

little to complain about after being siezure free for three years that was

two years ago and now his siezures are back with avengance taking on many

different changable symptoms, ben is now ten and i know he wont take mct

again is their a compromise?
