DISCHARGE MEDICATIONS:

The patient's discharge medications included Plavix 75 mg once a day for

28 days, enteric-coated aspirin 325 mg once a day, Toprol XL 25 mg once a

day, Altace 2.5 once a day, ____ (S/L Foltax or Fultex, etc.)1 tablet

once a day, sublingual nitroglycerin as directed for chest pain. He was

instructed to resume Proscar, quinine, Darvocet as per preadmission. He

also was given a prescription for Pravachol 20 mg once a day and

instructed not to use his Vioxx.

what about Flomax or Volmax, it is hard to say without a dosing huh?
