Guest guest Posted September 11, 2006 Report Share Posted September 11, 2006 I was wondering if the old myth is true - sit ups will make your stomach bigger if you have fat - as how I was told - You should lose weight 1st then do sit ups?I want to start toning now as I definately have lost weight in the belly area but don't want to bulk up the fat if thats what it does.OR will it tone you under the fat? Anyone who goes to the gym or a PT know? Also I know there are alot of post op people here,along with myself,that are about 2 - 3 months out.I just noticed my hair is coming out,as I was told it would around 3 months.Is anyone of you experiencing this yet?I knew it would happen but it is really scarey to see it coming out like that.I also take synthroid which makes it come out too.
