Guest guest
Meg, I think that men don't like the least bit of tint no matter how natural it looks. I think we as women are used to applying foundation, powder, etc., and are used to how that looks on us. Matija > > Clear would be the best. Guest guest
It's funny, this discussion about the tinted ZincO. When I was using it on my fair skin, I DID look tanned. People were stopping me in the middle of this Western New York winter and asking if I'd gone on vacation somewhere tropical. Skin color and tint are all relative, I guess. Guest guest
I do have an untinted version of ZincO Cream. Dr. Sy gave me a sample of it around New Years. It's thicker than the tinted one and doesn't disappear into the skin as easily. It does leave a bit of a white residue. It has the same calming properties as the tinted though. I don't know if she's going to sell it. I wish she would! Matija > > I'd like a clear Zinco for bedtime, and the tinted > > Zinco for daytime. Guest guest
I use it at night too, and my pillow is clean! Guest guest
Hello folks. I would agree that a clear Zinco would be great. I prefer not to have any colour on my face. One can always put make-up on over the sunscreen, but it's nice to have a choice. I haven't actually tried the zinco yet -- it's in the mail! But, just on past experience, I don't like tinted creams of any sort. Chantal ----Original Message Follows---- From: esp@... To: rosacea-supporteGroups Subject: Re: TANNED ZincO... Date: Mon, 08 May 2000 20:04:28 -0500 I totally agree with this. The ZincO looks like makeup on me, although its not too bad. I dont think you can make a tint that would look good on most guys. Clear would be the best option. Demchuk wrote: > Clear would be the best. Anything tinted would just look fake in most lights > anyway. Guest guest
Perhaps I'm not aware of the benefits of Zinco at night, but Zinco is a sunscreen -- it's probably advisable to use something else at night, like some of Dr. Sy's recommendations on her site. Correct me if I'm wrong! Chantal ----Original Message Follows---- From: adanac@... To: <rosacea-supportegroups> Subject: TANNED ZincO... Date: Mon, 8 May 2000 22:31:40 -0700 I'd like a clear Zinco for bedtime, and the tinted Zinco for daytime. I just don't like getting that tint all over the pillows. -------------------------------------------------------- Please read the list highlights thoroughly before posting to the whole group. see http://rosacea.ii.net/toc.html When replying, please delete all text at the end of your email that isn't necessary for your message.
