Guest guest
Hi Helen Marie, The fertility blend package has the amounts on it. And they were moderate. I think the reason they don' t put the amounts on the website is that it would be easy for anyone to copy, and they would lose the rightful payment for their great product. And they have a pretty good customer service line, that can give you the amounts over the phone, give advice as to when to start and stop taking it when using fertility drugs. I don't know how to upload or download info to that file... how do I do that? Also, dh and I have been using both the male and female blends for over a year and so far have had no adverse effects. In fact, I feel better on it. And when I had acupuncture in Germany, my dr. there also gave me a form of vitex. It got my periods immediately on track again. And seemed to balance my hormones. It has been used for hundreds of years to regulate the pituitary. For women in medieval times it was used to regulate the cycle and improve rates of pregnancy, in men, it was used by monks to cool off their male hormones and sex drive! Hence the name chaste berry! Arginine is interesting... it is now in products like Arginmax for men and women, which is supposed to be a natural viagra. Due to the arginine flooding the pelvis with nitric oxide and blood flow. Haven't tried this one though! I do know that I had to discontinue the fertility blend when I started taking clomid. The two of them have opposite effects on the pituitary! xoxo Kitty
