Jackie M: Sounds like you are just about as coordinated as I am. Also the sweat was dripping off me while I was outside working this morning. The humidity was so high..almost felt like I was in a hot shower but not nearly as pleasant. Since I've retired I'm really pushing my husband ny. He was used to sitting around the house too much - now he almost groans when he sees me getting my "gardening togs" out. Got to move it...he's a 17 year KOPS but he could still get further below his goal. At least he's getting healthier meals for lunch these days--more balanced. Now I just need to get back on the portion size a little more. I'm getting more exercise and I'm losing slowly (very slowly). My reports going into Shirley average about 2-1/2 or 2-3/4 per month. But there are LOSSES ! Are you planning to go to IRD? We are and really looking forward to going to Mt Rushmore.

Hello Team #5 , hope we are having a good week, I just came in from mowing some of the front yard, and now have a blister on my thumb, you know I can't do a darn thing right unless I hurt myself some way. Husband sitting under the shade tree watching me. (even tho he is in wheel chair) still makes me mad sometimes. He can get on the riding mower and do some of it thank god, cause hard telling what would happen to me if I got on it. Then I came in and tried to caulk around the shower door and that didn't go so well either. hard place to get to and the old stuff is harder than hell. anyway will go walk after it cools off later with a friend. Last year tried to weed eat with the weed eater and cut my leg with the darn thing, guess I am just an accident waiting to happen. But at least I am trying. More exercise, right . Have a good weigh in tonight Clara.

Hugs,

Jackie

ROFLOL Jackie! Sorry for laughing but it's great to "meet" a fellow clutz! The first and ONLY time I attempted the weed eater - I tried to whack my toe off! ROFL - NEVER WEAR SANDLES WHEN USING THE WEED EATER! Better yet....just stay completely away from it and FORCE hubby to do it for you or HIRE someone to do it lol ....much, much safer!

Keep sweatin'!
