I have lost 4 inches in my bust (where I don't want to lose), 2 inches in my waist and none in my hips :-(. But at least I am losing inches. I swim 4 days a week. What type of exercise do I need to do to lose inches more faster? It seems to me that I should be losing faster than I am. I am going to be going back to the Y on the otherside of town Friday so I can do the treadmill and the weight machines.
