Guest guest Posted February 10, 2003 Report Share Posted February 10, 2003 Mucoid degeneration is noted in the patellar tendon but no tear is visualized. There is mild diffuse enhancement consistent with s/l capsulosynovitis. No acute focal fluid collections or enhancing masses are demonstrated. I cannot reference this anywhere.
