Guest guest
Hmmm - am I the only one here that " polishes " dry? I use old stockings, pantyhose, hose, call it whatever ya want. Just wad it up and rub -voila! Shiny soap. No muss, no fuss, and no waiting for it to dry. Plus, old pantyhose are plentiful around here, and they're used for lots of stuff, polishing shoes, straining herbs...... So that's how I do it. But then, I've not tried the other methods. Something in my brain didn't want me to wet the soap that I planned to sell. But if it works for so many here, maybe I'll give it a shot! I like this list's idea flow! I'll use a cotton ball moistened with just a bit of rubbing alcohol (just enough to get the dust off, etc., not enough to wet/soak into the bar).
