Guest guest
Hi everyone, I just wanted to share our experience of our 1st outting with the STARband on and our 1st night sleeping in it. Well I have to admit I was quite nervous about going out in public with my dd in the band. After reading a few posts that the worst thing is all the stares at you child, I was worried. But in all honesty it was fine. I'm sure we got a few stares but I didn't really notice a whole lot and only 2 people commented on it. One woman asked what had happened and I told her nothing she has a flat spot on the back of her head and it's being fixed and she just went on and said what a cutie my dd is. And another guy asked if my dd had surgery and I said no thank goodness and said that she has plagio (a flat spot) and the band is correcting it, he went on to say that it's good that it's fixable and that he thought she looked pretty cute in her band. I'd say if anything people were nicer, LOL. The first night of my dd sleeping in the band went great. She passed out at about 9:30 which is earlier than usual and slept through the night. I can't complain much, she's such a good girl. Very easy going. I feel very lucky. Camerin Lorelei (STARband 1/5/06)
