Guest guest
Thanks for the advice. I have decided to give your diet a try, without antibiotics. It looks very promising to me. It won't be that difficult because I am a vegetarian already and I love pasta! Olive oil will be the worst thing I have to take; but it's worth a try. I just hope I can find everything. My diet at the present is very high in carbohydrates. I've read that candida is usually common with this type of diet. I'm also a very picky eater with a limited diet. I've had problems with bowel movement regularities for years because of low fiber, I guess. This might sound gross, but how do you really know that your regular (the # of times per day)? Do I also need to cut back on the carbohydrates or does it matter?
