Guest guest
Hey all, I just completed 3 days of ala at 12.5 mg. For the most part I felt alot better. ALOT. The muscle pulling, aching, and brain fog improved. I did have some fatigue and a little bit of yucky but overall not bad at all! So, does this mean I can increase the dose next time? I'm not complaining but I've read the archives and it seems that most people feel worse during chelation?? Since I felt improved, does this mean I don't have mercury as a problem? I never fit any typical profile - always the oddball that fits into that .01% category lol. My hair test results did not display any mineral problems - had a mouthful of mercury for decades though. Thanks, VAl
