Guest guest
Hi Michel, The old fashioned remedy for low stomach acid is a teaspoon of " real " apple cider vinegar in a glass of warm water first thing in the morning. Similarly, freshly squeezed lemon juice in warm water does the same trick - used before meals. Third idea is home- made sauerkraut (It has lots of digestive enzymes plus good acid). My son can't cope with the betaine HCL tablets, I use a little sauerkraut juice (probably only a tablespoon per meal) as often as I remember. Best wishes na > > Hello Everyone, > > Hope you are doing well.. Guest guest
Thanks na for your answer... I guess the lemon one is the best for me.. I guess I should avoid apple cider vinegar because I suspected Candida two months ago... Michel > > > > Hello Everyone, > > > > Hope you are doing well.. Guest guest
I don't think that Apple cider vinegar aggravates candida. Nothing survives in vinegar > > Thanks na for your answer...
