Guest guest
You go girl!!!!!!!!!! I thought the same thing so I tried to do the tredmill. Hahaha...that lasted for a whole 4 1/2 minutes before my whole body started trembling again and I was sweating like you wouldn't believe. (Worst part is I was only going 3.2, it's not like I got on there trying to run or something.) I'll just give it a couple of days, drink alot of water, and watch what I eat. Sorry your bumm is bruised too....never knew I could be so colorful-lol. Guest guest
-Thanks Jette, He's actually playing Mr. Mom, it is so cute!!!! Last night he flopped down after they were in bed and let out this long sigh. A while later the dogs started barking and he got so erked at them when they woke up Josh, now he knows why they are usually in the basement when he comes home. I put them down there about 10 minutes before he gets home because they get so excited, and it use to make him mad. Now he understands-lol. I wasn't any help either because I had taken that narcotic. Let me tell you, drugs and my body do not mix!!!!! Guest guest
Meaghan Poor you hurting your tailbone " Coccyx " . That can be really painful. Just rest for a while, not that you can do much else at the moment :-( Make sure you don't overdo it when you do start to exercise again, that area can take some time to heal. Just concerned for you. Hugs Sue H. ===== Anything that knocks you off track does so because you have allowed it to. __________________________________________________ Yahoo! Guest guest
-Talk about not over doing it....the doctor told me don't lift ANYTHING for atleast a couple weeks. My little guy woke up in the middle of the night throwing up. Mr. Mom, as I've taken to calling him-lol, still can not handle this. So not only was I walking with him but carrying him too. I've paid for it today!!!! I feel like it's the day after again. He's doing better now though. His temp kept going up to 104.8 so I had to keep giving him tipid baths too. Bending-ooooooooooooooowwwwwwwwwwwwww. But anything to get his temp down. He's been a very good boy about his pedialite pops atleast so things are controlable between that and his motrin, tylenol. I know I won't sleep at all tonight though because every time he wakes up his temp has shot through the roof again. He's been like that sense he was born, spiking horrible fevers, but I still can't relax with it....I'm so scared that he'll siezure or something. His doctor has assured me time and time again that some people just do that and if he was going to have drastic reactions he would already of done so, but does any mommy really listen to a doctor when it comes to something like that-lol. Anyway between carrying him and walking up and down the steps to keep re washing bedding and towels that he's thrown up on, I'm hating life. Probably not as much as him though. Anyway, this might of just put me behind a couple days as far as recoupping goes. Meaghan -- In weightlossbuddies2 , " Sue H.
