a non-liver/non-sinus hospitalization

Hi all -

Just when you think you know exactly what can go wrong with your body,

life throws you a curve ball. I arrived at the hospital Thursday night

for a GI bleed - not related to my UC, PSC, or my liver transplant -

except for the fact that being on coumadin seems to have made

something small get pretty out of control. Luckily, my coordinator had

me come into the hospital when she did - I received two units of blood

yesterday. For those of you who are interested, on my caringbridge

site, there are two new journals about this experience (so far).

I haven't kept up with the postings, and I probably won't for a

while...Just FYI.
