Hi , I was using milk thistle in liquid form and found out that

I was taking about 1000 mg in one dose....um so probably why I got

symptoms. Though I didn't expect to get them because I just assumed

that it was a tonic for the liver and it would help regardless of

dose. Thanks for the suggestions. I will definitely try it on a

lower dose or use the ox bile supplement.
