Guest guest
Tell her Congrats! Good news I have a girlfriend here in Hampton,Iowa that has scheduled her TR with Dr. Levin for the 29th of May. We started talking about doing this 2 years ago and we both didn't think it wouldn't happen. But now i have had mine and she is scheduled. I keep telling her to get on to the message board that she would love all the info you all give and the great woman on here. Just thought I'd let you know the news. Hopefully she will log on soon!! Guest guest
Finally!!!! We have appointments with Children’s in Pittsburg and Dr. Slivka’s at UPMC. We will be seen on August 23rd. Wowzers, when you get it going you really get it going. Rob took care of this!! On a less than positive note, Noah is having an IBD flare. I don’t know how serious or really what to do. I guess I will just see how today goes. For those of you who don’t know…my marriage have been…stressed for the last two years. This weekend I finally made the decision to file for divorce and I told Noah yesterday. I think that might have brought on the flare. LOTS of loose stool. So, Rob did stay here last night and for now we are moving him into the basement. My other son Aidan was less than pleased too. Rob is trying to keep things together now after two years of not really putting any effort in. For all you strong prayers out there, please pray for our family. I really have no idea what will happen next and what is best…but something HAS to change. Love to you all, www.caringbridge.org/visit/noahwmartens

The 'PSC Partners Seeking a Cure' foundation board has also decided to fund a research prize in the amount of $1,000 - $3,000 per year, to be presented annually at the AASLD meeting. The prize would be for best PSC research presented at the annual meeting. This idea is currently being presented on our behalf, by Dr. Greg Gores, to the AASLD governing board. .
