I guess I'm not smart. > Naw. I'm very smart, and I can't read Tolkien either. Or Dickens. Or Steinbeck. Or E.M. Forster. Too many words, too much description. What I do read tends to be very terse writing, or heavy on dialogue. I LOVE reading, but I cannot read wordy authors - my brain just won't do it!
