Guest guest
Hi, Well for me, with these lab results as well as the Ferritan results.... I'd first off try adding a slow release iron pill to my diet regime...like Slow FE, I got them in the grocery store, they don't cause me constipation although they did cause the stool to be darker than normal..and I always take my multi-purpose vits, minerals, oils and such with food...it helps with the absorbtion and it slows down the vits, minerals, oils supplements passage through the digestive trac. I'd also be making sure that a Stress Level B-Complex (which would include Folic Acid) was a part of the vit intake. (This will turn your urine a bright yellow so don't worry about it.) Along with a really good Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc supplement. Then in a couple of weeks (letting the Iron build up in the muscle tissue), if I were still feeling sluggish, I might increase my Armour just a tad( maybe an 1/8th to a 1/4 grain...For me and my energy levels I need my FT3 to be just over the range and my FT4 just at the top of the range... The TSH could stay at 0.15 however I suspect that it will go down further with the increase of the FT4 and FT3. Now this is just me...and where I feel productive and back to work energy levels....others don't need the FT4 and FT3 quite so high...mid range for some is just where they need to be... Thus my asking how you felt. Gossimer > > > > > > I just received my ferritin levels online from healthcheckusa. Guest guest
Thanks. I'm waiting for a full regiment of vitamins to be deliver to me so I can really start taking better care of my immue system. Hopefully this will help. I really do not need to be feeling this way right now. I have some important engagements coming up real soon and need to be energized.
