Guest guest
I've been requested to see if anyone within the Dallas/Ft.Worth area is interested in donating a couple of hours EMS coverage at the Texas Irish Festival at Fairpark this Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. All that is required is at least one 3-hr block of time in the main venue Medical Station. In return, at the end of your commitment, they will provide a complimentary admittance to the entire event, the ever popular t-shirt, and coupons for free beer (of course, for when you go off-duty). I've worked this event for LOTS of years. It's a VERY interesting event with lots of bands, vocalists, with a huge amount of food and irish-related item vendors present. Medical is usually pretty slow, but necessary for the vendors and crowds that attend. You'd only be required to sign up for 1 shift, but any more usually garnishes more complimentary " gifts " (usually more beer tickets). So, if anyone is interested, please contact me privately at resqsiren@... Thanks. Deborah Grantham, LP
Guest guest
You would NOT be working for free - Admission $20 T-Shirt $15 A Yard of Guiness Stout $10 World Class Celtic Music Priceless All of that for 3 hours, not bad at all. Deborah - don't hang around with The Corsairs too much, they could be a bad influence on you.... >>> paramedicop@... 2/28/2006 12:56 pm >>> Are the police working for free?
