He did 200-300 sit ups per night and the same amount of push ups. It was really sexy and the he just stopped. Now he is squishy.......cute squishy at 6'2 and 165 lbs. Now 15 yrs. later he will up and decide once a year to do like 100 sit ups in a night and then can't move for 3 days! lol......he just does not understand that when your not 18 anymore you need to start your workout slowly! lol.....
